| A. The vehicle must be between 3 to 8 feet in length. |
| B. Driver must be seated. |
| C. Helmets and Seat Belts required. |
| D. All vehicles need a functioning brake. |
| E. No Skateboards, Bicyles or Skooters. |
| F. No powered vehicles. |
| G. Only one person (driver) allowed in vehicle. |
| H. Each vehicle may be entered in only one category. |
| I. Must have at least 4 wheels. (Max. diameter 10 inches) |

Judges have the ability to not allow
a vehicle to run if they feel it is not safe.
