All rafts must be homemade.

Each raft must carry a minimum of four passengers.

Rafts must be human powered.

Commercially manufactured paddles are not permitted.

Oarlocks are not permitted.

Parts and materials commercially manufactured specifically
for nautical purpose are not permitted.

The removal of the raft rubbish and raft itself
are each team's responsibility immediately following the event.
